Setting realistic goals is extremely important. Many organizations will parade around their agent that makes $15,000 per week on just 15 leads.
There are some extremely exceptional agents out there that can hit insane numbers, but you should not use that as the normal expectation.
It is best to start with a very obtainable goal and then adjust as you see what caliber of agent you are.
If you are planning on buying leads, the most successful agents are on DM leads.
If you have a different plan for leads, you can still use the average numbers to determine how many of those leads you will need per week.
Start by setting a yearly Annualized Premium (AP) goal.
Once you have that number, type it in the calculator to the left to see how many leads per week it would take an average agent working to hit that goal.
If your starting budget for this business will not allow for you to purchase the amount of leads the calculator says you will need, then adjust your starting goal or find a way to come up with additional capital to start your business.
(You can also start with a lower cost program to help you get the amount of leads you need to hit your goal.

Once you have a goal set that you can obtain, it is time to determine the other aspects of your business.

Elite Program
This program allows for an agent to maximize their Return on Investment (ROI) by leveraging high contract levels and being in control of their own leads.
You can purchase leads from us or use any external source.
This program is best designed for the true INDEPENDENT agents that have experience
managing their money and running a business.
If you can't afford to purchase the amount of leads needed to hit your AP goal (see home page for more details), then this program may not be the best choice.
If you are moving contracts to our organization for this program, we will match or beat your current levels.
Free Lead Program
This program was designed to help agents lower the cost of running their business without giving up any control of their business.
You keep ownership of your book of business with all of our programs. This program just eliminates the obstacle of paying for leads every single week.
This is a great program for experienced agents that struggle with money management issues (and more agents fail because of this than anything else).
This program is also great for new agents that want to learn the business without maxing out their credit cards or blowing their savings.
This program does come with some "commitments" from the agent, but those are to ensure you put in the work to make the amount of money you need to make.

This program was designed for agents that are happy where they are and they are just looking to keep building their momentum.
This program allows for you to just pick up missing carriers in your line-up with our organization.
You can continue to run your business exactly how you are running it, but now you will have a few additional carriers in your bag.
A lot of times this means having some "niche" carriers that pay out higher contract levels than your current carriers.
This is also a good program for agents that want to "feel" out our organization before joining.

I personally went from being a field agent, to growing my own agency, to partnering my agency with a large Final Expense IMO and eventually selling it to a private equity firm. Great Company To Work For!! When I started out I didn't have a lot of money to invest. The Free Lead Program really helped getting started. They set the appointments for you and all you have to do is trust and follow their system.
Frequently Asked Questions
Q: Is this for Face to Face sales or Phone Sales?
A: At this time, the FREE Lead Program is only for Face to Face.
Q: Can I do this part time or on the weekends?
A: This program requires your full commitment. We spent a lot of money each week on each agent's leads and appointments. For that reason, we need this to be your primary focus. We do have other programs that will accommodate part time work.
Q: Is this a captive organization?
A: We are not captive. Our agents do not sign any contract and you get paid directly from the carrier. With that said, while on the FREE Lead Program, you cannot have other Final Expense carriers outside of our organization. This is only because we are paying a lot of money each week for your leads and appointments.
Q: I am retired and just want to work at my own pace. Does this program allow that?
A: If you are wanting to work a limited schedule, this program may not be the best fit. This is a program for someone that wants to make a very nice income, which can require working whenever needed to hit your goal.
Q: Can I start on the Free Lead Program and then move to another program later?
A: Absolutely! You are free to change to the Impact or Elite Program whenever you feel like you are ready. You can also remain on the Free Lead Program long term if you would like.
Q: Will I have to Door Knock at all?
A: Hopefully not! The first week, we usually set around 5 Appointments per day for an agent. We also add in some door knocks on your schedule in case you have a no-show or a short appointment. If you are writing business, you will not have time to run those door knocks. If you are having a tough production week, you may need to door knock some towards the end of the week to get a couple more sales out of the leads!
